Wendy Roddy

One

One woman is always thinking. She can spend hours, days even, with nothing but thoughts filling her mind.

One woman is organized. Her home is prepared for visitors at all times. She never has a pile of dirty laundry.

One woman is fabulous. She looks her best for all to see. She sparkles. When she steps into a room, its heart beats in time with hers.

One woman is very angry, very tired. She pulls the covers over her head, mentally willing time to pause until she isn’t so angry, so tired.

One woman.

Wendy Roddy is a first-time published poet. She loves the night sky, fireworks and the ocean. She lives in Northern California with her husband Deacon, happily ever after…
