Cherry Cheesecake
The recipe below has been in my family for years and is a staple at every gathering. It's such a hit that my mother and I have had to resort to making two of the pies – one for guests and one to bring out for us after everyone has gone home!
Ingredients:
- 16 ounces Sour Cream
- 1 package Cream Cheese at room temperature
- 1 package Instant Cheesecake Pudding
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tsp Almond extract
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 graham cracker crust
Mix top six ingredients until smooth. Pour into pie crust. Top with Cherry pie filling. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
