Individual Cheesecakes
Ingredients:
- Two 8-ounce packages of cream cheese
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 12 Oreos
- 12 foil bake cups
- ½ cup of chocolate chips
- 2 tsp shortening
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Beat in eggs.
- Place foils in cupcake tin.
- Break open Oreos (keep lids to the side) and place them in foils filling side up.
- Spoon mix into foils.
- Crumble about ¼ of the lids onto top of the cheesecakes.
- Bake 25 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and shortening in sauce pan.
- Drizzle on the cheesecakes.
- Chill.
- Enjoy!
